Sojo Signal is a community powered by technology and diversity.
We help current employees, job-seekers, and even interns learn more about company culture, work-life balance, and diversity in the workplace to share the truth about what their experience was really like, good or bad.
Sojo Signal focuses on diverse employee experiences because we know how it feels to resign because we feel unwelcomed and unsupported at work.
Now we're on a mission to end that cycle by anonymously sharing the experiences of those who are currently struggling, providing resources, and making sure that diverse employees go where they are valued.
Our goal is to decrease the percentage of diverse employee turnover at top companies in the United States by creating a community that anonymously shares inclusivity, diversity, and equity reviews in a quick and easy manner.
Our story is like many of yours. We graduated from college and entered the workforce excited and ready to conquer the world. We researched before we applied. We even interviewed at companies we thought we could be our true selves, feel supported, and valued.
But we were wrong.
We spent 6+ years accepting graduate assistantships, internships, and professional experiences that ultimately made us feel uncomfortable, overworked, and undervalued in toxic or unfair work environments. We only stayed at companies for 2 years or less.
This is why Sojo Signal was created.
